PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
1. INTERNATIONAL BANKTRANSFER:
Please include all bank transfer charges from your origin to Peru.
Payments should be sent via International Bank Transfer to the following Bank Account:

Note: Please, send a copy of the bank transfer by email to: info@braidywonders.com,
please include your reference booking form as your invoice.
2. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
If payment will be made by credit card we accept American Express, Master and Visa.
We will send you a link online payment, you will need to complete the online payment form,
please include your reference booking form as your invoice.
3. DEPOSITS
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is to be paid for every person, for a
preliminary confirmation of the trip. If the booking is made 30 days or less prior to
departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. The non-refundable deposit should be
sent to the Braidy Wonders.
To confirm your booking 30 days prior to departure, a payment of 20%, 30%, 40% from the
total service, will be required, this will be according to the services booked (your travel
expert will inform in advanced).
Certain products or services offered by Braidy Wonders may require you to make full
payment at the time of booking. The Tour Operator will advise you of any such
requirements at the time of booking this include the following:
– Machu Picchu & Huayna Picchu Entrance Fee (100 % non-refundable)
– INCA TREK 4D/3N, 2D/1N OR ANY ADVENTURE SUPPLIER: There is a limited
number of Hikers who can enter to the Inca Trail each day and a special permit is
required. The organization (UGM) requires full payment in order to guarantee your
entrance at the time of booking.
This ticket is personal and non-transferable. The reimbursement of payment is not
possible under any circumstance.
The total payment takes place as soon as we have confirmed the special permit.
We do not recommend the Inca Trail during the rainy season (Dec/Mar) and the
Inca Trail is closed during the entire month of February. No allowances or refunds
will be made for lost or unused tickets.
– If National flights will be reserved, full payment is due on the date of booking, in
order for the flights to be purchased at price quoted.
– In the case of cruises special payment conditions may prevail, these will be
advised.
Lifetime Deposits: If you cancel your booking, and that cancellation is not a result of
nonpayment or any other breach of these Terms, the deposit amount can be used for up to
12 months onwards for a subsequent re-booking, subject to these Terms. This may be
applied towards payment of a deposit on any other Tour offered by the Braidy Wonders. It
is transferable and may be transferred by you to another individual of your choosing by
providing notice to Braidy Wonders in writing.
For the avoidance of doubt, only the deposit amount will apply. It has no cash value. Only
one Deposit may be applied per person per product booked. This deposit must be applied
to a new Tour booking that is of equal or greater value to the cancelled Tour for which the
Deposit was originally received, provided that if the price is less than the amount of the
Deposit the unused amount of the Lifetime Deposit shall be forefeited. This Deposit may
not be applied to the same or similar dates of travel.
