PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

1. INTERNATIONAL BANK TRANSFER:

Please include all bank transfer fees from your origin to Peru.
Payments must be sent via international bank transfer to the following bank account:

2. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:

If payment is made by credit card, we accept American Express, Master, and Visa.
We will send you a payment link; you must complete the online payment form and include your reference booking form as an invoice.

 

3. DEPOSITS

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% per person must be paid for preliminary trip confirmation. If the reservation is made 30 days or less before departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking. The non-refundable deposit must be sent to Braidy Wonders.

To confirm your reservation 30 days before departure, a payment of 20%, 30%, or 40% of the total service will be required, depending on the services booked (your travel expert will inform you in advance).

Certain products or services offered by Braidy Wonders may require full payment at the time of booking. The Tour Operator will inform you of such requirements at the time of booking. This includes the following:

– Entrance fee to Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu.

– INCA TREK 4D/3N, 2D/1N OR ANY ADVENTURE PROVIDER: There is a limited number of hikers who can enter the Inca Trail each day, and a special permit is required. The organization (UGM) requires full payment to guarantee your entry at the time of booking.
This ticket is personal and non-transferable. Refund of payment is not possible under any circumstances.


Full payment is made as soon as we have confirmed the special permit.
We do not recommend the Inca Trail during the rainy season (December / March), and the Inca Trail is closed during the entire month of February.
No concessions or refunds will be made for lost or unused tickets.

– If domestic flights are booked, full payment is due on the booking date to purchase the flights at the quoted price.

– In the case of cruises, special payment conditions may prevail; these will be advised.

 

Lifetime Deposits: If you cancel your reservation, and that cancellation is not the result of non-payment or any other breach of these Terms, the deposit amount may be used for a maximum of 12 months toward a future new booking, subject to these Terms. This may be applied toward the deposit payment of any other Tour offered by Braidy Wonders. It is transferable and may be transferred by you to another person of your choice by notifying Braidy Wonders in writing.

For the avoidance of doubt, only the deposit amount will apply. It has no cash value. Only one deposit per person per product booked may be applied. This deposit must be applied to a new Tour booking that is of equal or greater value than the canceled Tour for which the Deposit was originally received, provided that if the price is less than the Deposit amount, the unused amount of the lifetime deposit will be forfeited. This deposit cannot be applied to the same or similar travel dates.
