The four fundamental elements of the Inka civilisation, or Tahuantinsuyo, were water, air, earth, and fire. The Andean cross, or chakana, reflected the Inca universe and cosmology of the four territories, or suyus: Chinchaysuyu (North), Antisuyu (East), Cuntisuyu (West) and Collasuyu (Southeast).

01HOT SPRINGS OF COLCA CANYON
The hot springs of Colca Canyon are one of the most relaxing experiences in the Colca Valley, near Chivay, Peru. Surrounded by spectacular Andean landscapes, these natural thermal pools are fed by underground volcanic waters and are known for their warm, mineral-rich waters.

Andean Master Healer
Vilma, an indigenous healer from Huasao near Cusco, Peru, belongs to a long line of Andean shamans. Her healing journey began when her mother was struck by lightning during her pregnancy with Vilma. She is the granddaughter of the distinguished Doña Natividad Challayku and Don Benito Qoriwaman, who taught Professor Juan Nuñez del Prado.
