Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

You may cancel your reservation by notifying Braidy Wonders in writing. Cancellation fees will be determined with reference to the date on which Braidy Wonders receives the cancellation notice and will be expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the canceled tour, product, or service (excluding any insurance product). All bookings and reservations canceled from the time prior to booking until the tour departure date are subject to a cancellation fee.

TOUR CANCELLATION:

More than 45 days before departure, the 20% deposit is non-refundable, charged as an administrative fee. The rest of the payments made to Braidy Wonders regarding the canceled product will be refunded.

Cancellations received 45 days before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged by Braidy Wonders, in accordance with these terms and the suppliers’ policies. An amount equal to 50% of the rest of the payments made to Braidy Wonders for the canceled tour/product or service will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the departure of the first product or service in the corresponding reservation, Braidy Wonders will refund the deposit in accordance with these terms, and no further refund will be paid subject to the supplier’s policies.

For certain products or services offered by Braidy Wonders, alternative cancellation terms and waivers may apply. The Tour Operator will inform you of such requirements before the confirmation of the applicable reservation, subject to the suppliers’ policies.

Cancellation 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be paid for canceled arrival transfers, pre- and post-night accommodations, and optional activities.

If during the course of the trip, you decide for any reason to cancel the rest of the trip or not to take the already confirmed services, no refunds will be granted for unused or unconsumed services, unless the cancellation is a result of Force Majeure to be reviewed according to the particular case.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY BRAIDY WONDERS:

a. While Braidy Wonders will do everything possible to operate all tours as advertised, it may become necessary or advisable to vary or modify the itinerary of a tour or its content due to prevailing local conditions.

b. If we are aware of a major change, you will be informed at the time of booking.

c. If a major change is necessary after booking, Braidy Wonders will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

d. When, as a result of force majeure, a major change to the program must be made, Braidy Wonders will do its best to make the change at no additional cost and maintain the same level of quality. However, in case there is an additional charge involved, Braidy Wonders is not responsible for these additional charges, and the passenger will be charged the additional costs directly.

2. GUARANTEED DEPARTURES AND CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE TOUR OPERATOR

A departure date for a Tour offered by Braidy Wonders will become a guaranteed departure at the time of booking or 30 days before departure, depending on the type of product or service. A requirement for a guaranteed departure is the reconfirmation of the rooming list: for 1–4 rooms, the final rooming list is required at least 30 days before arrival, and for groups of 5 or more rooms, the preliminary rooming list is needed 60 days before departure and the final list at least 30 days before departure.

The Tour Operator guarantees that all scheduled Tour departures booked and secured with a valid deposit will depart as stated in the applicable confirmation, subject to reasonable changes in the itinerary as described in these Terms or good faith health and safety concerns. This guarantee does not apply in cases of Force Majeure.

Updated information about the tour and itinerary is available on the Tour Operator’s website or by contacting the Tour Operator. Brochures and other printed materials showing Tour information and departure dates cannot be relied upon and are subject to change for the purposes of this guarantee.

If a Tour is canceled by the Tour Operator before the departure date for reasons other than Force Majeure and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the option to accept from the Tour Operator: (a) a substitute Tour of equal or greater value; or (b) a substitute Tour of lesser value if no Tour of equal or greater value is reasonably available and to recover from the Tour Operator the price difference between the originally purchased Tour and the substitute Tour; or (c) a full refund of all money paid for the canceled Tour.

The Tour Operator is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential loss incurred as a result of the canceled booking, including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or trains, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment. The Tour Operator reserves the right to issue a full refund instead of the above options, at its sole discretion.

When a significant element of a Tour cannot be provided as described after departure, the Tour Operator will make suitable alternative arrangements whenever possible. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternative, the Tour Operator may provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined at its discretion.

3. CHANGES

Changes made by the Tour Operator:

The Tour Operator may modify your itinerary when reasonably necessary at its sole discretion. If the Tour Operator makes a change that affects at least one out of every three full days of the itinerary or materially affects the character of a product or service in its entirety (“Material Change”), the Tour Operator will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, provided there is enough time to do so before departure. If a Material Change is made more than 14 days before departure, you may choose to:

i) accept the Material Change and proceed with the modified product or service;

ii) book another product or service of equal or greater value, if available (you will be responsible for paying any difference in price);

iii) book another product or service of lesser value, if available (with a refund payable to you for the price difference);

iv) Cancel the modified product or service and receive a full refund for the land portion of the applicable product or service (no refund is available for other products or services booked that are not subject to Material Change).

You must notify the Tour Operator of your choice within 7 days of receiving the notice or it will be deemed that you accept the modified itinerary.

Once a Tour has departed, itinerary changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational concerns, or concerns for your health, safety, enjoyment, or comfort. Any change is at the discretion of the Tour Operator. You acknowledge that you must have reasonable financial resources to cover incidental expenses during all travel with the Tour Operator, whether or not such expenses arise from an itinerary change, and the Tour Operator is not responsible for your lack of adequate preparation for the trip and unforeseen circumstances that may arise during travel. The Tour Operator shall not be liable for any indirect and/or consequential loss associated with any change to a booking or itinerary.

Changes made by you:

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the Tour Operator is accurate and up to date. Any change to your name on any reservation is subject to approval by the Tour Operator. Any change to a reservation is subject to availability and the approval of the Tour Operator and these Terms. Any additional cost incurred to make the change will be charged to you along with an administrative fee.

Cancellation of any Tour, product, or service included in a reservation will not be considered a change for the purposes of this section and will be governed by the applicable cancellation terms. No changes are allowed to any reservation within 10 days of the departure of the first product or service in the applicable reservation.
