The Boutique Lifestyle Resort Shanti Maurice surrounded by a 14-hectare tropical garden is located on the south coast, approx. 50 km away from the capital Port Louis. The name „Shanti“ means „peace“ in Sanskrit. The resort located between the green mountains and the Indian Ocean is the perfect place to bring the body, mind and soul back into balance. 61 suites and villas, all with a balcony or terrace with sea view, luxurious bathroom, built-in wardrobe and dressing table, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea set. Junior Suites (approx. 81 s qm) in free-standing village buildings, each with 4 suites. Villas with pool, own garden, lounge beds as well as an open pavilion for a dinner outdoors. 4 restaurants, 3-course menu with half- board. The signature Restaurant „Stars” pampers its guests with the best of the cuisine of the Indian Ocean and a wide range of South African wines. On the beach, the rustic „Fish Shack” invites for fish specialities. „La Kaze Mama” with authentic Mauritian specialities and „Rum Shed” with delicious snacks, rum cocktails or beer.
