I discovered the practice of Kundalini yoga in 2008, and after seven years exploring the effectiveness of these age-old techniques on me, I decided to train to be an instructor. I was certified by one of the world’s best-known teachers: Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, in Capetown, South Africa. I received this certification in 2015 from Kundalini Research Institute U.S.A.; after that point, I was offered the post of Executive Director of the Women of Light Foundation in Peru, a non-profit organization present in nine countries that provides free healing tools to women in vulnerable situations.
Along the way, I have complemented my spiritual knowledge and experience through the following specialisations: Specialisation in “Yoga for Women” in Puerto Mont, Chile under the teacher Nam Nidhan Kaur Khalsa; Specialisation in “Yoga for Children and Adolescents”in Lima; Specialisation in Pre- and Post-natal Yoga: Conscious Pregnancy” in Putaendo, Chile.
At present, I am 100% dedicated to sharing and expanding these and other techniques and philosophies that contribute to the spiritual balance and growth of children, the elderly, and adults in general.
I am a communicator by profession; I graduated in 2014 with a degree in Communication for Development from Universidad de Lima. I continue to contribute through my profession to the advancement and development of projects that benefit Peru.
